The Niagara PowerStream 5222RW is an integrated, turnkey 2U rack-mount system for real-time encoding of high-bandwidth video and audio content. Powered by dual Intel® Xeon™ 2.4GHz processors with Hyper-Threading technology, this streaming capture system provides top performance and delivers high-quality video/audio capture from two channels of audio & video streaming plus advanced video/audio capture card capabilities. Niagara SCX control software provides a unified interface that controls both encoder channels either directly on the encoder or from a remote computer connected to the Niagara via LAN or WAN. Combined with Osprey SimulStream, you can input two video sources and create several streams from those two sources at different bitrates and in different streaming formats. The 1U rack-mount input panel provides two sets of inputs, one set for each streaming channel. It offers quality video/audio capture from analog video (NTSC & PAL) and professional balanced audio input (XLR).
